Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior
Salary £15,000 - £19,000 per annum full time 35 hours per week (subject to qualifications and experience).
Hill & Roberts, a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ruthin, are seeking an accounts assistant to expand and support our accounts production and taxation teams.
The role involves: preparation of accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, and possibly the completion of corporation, partnership, personal and VAT returns. Tasks are of course experience and qualification dependent, however you will be provided with in house training from our experienced staff and external courses and tuition is available to develop you professionally. Most tasks are now software based and we use a variety of accounting and taxation software within the business.
The candidate should ideally have experience of working within accountancy practice, be AAT (or similar) qualified or working towards your AAT qualification. Consideration will be given to candidates with no relevant experience, but looking to change direction. The candidate should have good interpersonal and IT skills and be willing to work within a team.
