Are you passionate about helping people to connect with nature and conservation?

Our client are looking for a Content Manager to help them produce materials that will get people interested in supporting their conservation goals. You’ll be producing content for their website, social media, newsletters and exhibits at their 10 UK wetland centres and reserves.

Based: Based: Slimbridge - Commutable from Stroud, Bristol & Gloucester
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,095 per annum

You’ll be an excellent writer with a flair for visual hooks to encourage people to find out more. Once they’re interested, you’ll also produce the additional content they’ll then want to see, and to encourage them to support the charity's strategic goals. You’ll be comfortable working with brand guidelines and delivering high quality content to tight deadlines.

You’ll be a great planner too. As well as reacting to emerging short-terms stories, you’ll be planning and delivering longer term content in co-ordination with colleagues responsible for visitor marketing and experience, appeals, corporate relations and conservation science. You’ll need to build good relationships with a wide range of people.
