We can only achieve this through the dedication of our people, underpinned by our values; Trust, Efficiency, Quality, Expertise, Can-do.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team, based at Barway.

Key responsibilities:

Front-line management of support tickets.

General management of the Operational Support service and people.

Working with the IT management team to define process and “ways of working” for the department.

Setting clear weekly targets against KPIs for the Operational Support service.

Effective measurement of the Operational Support service, to establish strengths, weaknesses and appropriate action.

Ensuring pro-active monitoring of systems and process.

Stakeholder management and effective communication to the wider business owners, on service.

Contribute to general department communication (Period updates).

The ideal candidate:

A key role for the Service Delivery Manager is to constantly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements; the ideal candidate will be an excellent listener, communicator, and motivator.

When team targets fall below thresholds, the Service Delivery Manager will need to conduct additional research and take steps to correct deficiencies. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with analysing and interpreting data to drive decisions; empowering the team to contribute ideas and strategies for improvement.
