Site Manager

Our client are Ireland’s fastest growing forecourt retailer and have a significant presence in the UK with over 100 service stations and employing over 1,200 colleagues. In addition, on the International marketplace their estate now stretches as far as the USA with a number of service stations in Long Island.

From fuel to food they offer their customers a wide range of good value products and services, through the highest standards of customer service. Our client grows its business through partnerships with global brands, in particular Burger King, Costa, Subway and Greggs.

They are looking for a Site Manager to help ensure full operational compliance within the Site, whilst ensuring key sales and labour targets are met.

An ideal candidate will possess a can do attitude to ensure they create a positive working environment where customer service is held in the highest regard.

As a Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for the running of the Site, from recruitment to ordering stock to fill the shelves, the role will enable you to become a well-rounded retail manager.
