A global recruitment and specialist headhunting organisation for international market leading clients within Software, Internet, On-line Media, Consulting, Health, Corporate and Environmental sustainability markets, is seeking a Recruitment Researcher to work with their Senior Consultants on identifying target companies and actively seeking candidates within them and building shortlists.
Ideally, the Recruitment Researcher will have proven research skills as well as proficiency in the use of IT, systems and web searching. Furthermore, you should be efficient, organised and commercially astute. It is recommended that you have your own transport to reach their offices.

Key Accountabilities/Outcomes:
* Gain understanding of head-hunting skills and processes
* Acquire an understanding of the overall management of a search
* Become involved and gradually take accountability for developing "successful" CVs
* Build a track record of successful delivery of searches in a timely and efficient manner to expectation
* Become adept at producing an accurate search target list with cognitive demonstration in support of your choices
* Demonstrate your ability to think outside the box to build shortlists and come up with your own ideas on how to find the right person for the search
* Ability to motivate yourself, your team if relevant and colleague's around you to achieve results
* Demonstrate your abilities to lead in a virtual team environment

Essential:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels
* Creative, active mind, and proactive
* Analytical and thorough, organised and clear thinker
* Be a 'people' person and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of computer software and I.T.
* Interest or experience in technology and relevant markets
Salary:
GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 DOE
