Our client, an extremely well-respected eatery (scoring 4.5/5 on Tripadvisor), is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work in their Lancaster-area-based restaurant.
Working Day shifts (8am-5pm) you will be experienced using extremely fresh ingredients and cooking dishes from scratch.
With the confidence to run the kitchen in the head chef's absence, you will work alongside the Junior chef and Commis chefs and maintain this establishment's outstanding reputation.
Salary - GBP18,000-22,000
