Engineering Training Solutions Department in Sheffield.

The Role
As a Learning & Development Executive, you'll create and maintain a range
of training materials for our NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and corrosion
and coatings inspection courses.
Supporting our e-Learning content, you will:
- Work with course tutors and colleagues to ensure learning materials are
relevant, of a high standard and produced in-line with our brand
guidelines
- Help to maintain and improve the delivery of online courses
- Project manage and facilitate reviews of course materials
- Use software tools and learning technologies to develop, enhance,
manage, version control and store learning materials
- Commission graphics and animations that enhance the delivery of course
content
- Research and propose improvements to processes, programmes and
workshops
About You
To join us as our Learning & Development Executive, you'll need:
- Experience of working in an administrative function in a senior
capacity
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach
Ideally, you'll have previous experience of producing training materials
using a learning management system, such as Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard,
to develop, enhance and store learning materials.
A degree level qualification would also be beneficial, as would
experience in the following: working in an engineering or related
environment, commissioning graphics and animations, or working within a
commercially-driven training business.
