Solicitor - Head of Residential Property (mf)

You'll be working in the main office of five of this well-regarded Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners listed firm, based in Uckfield. Taking on the mantle of the Head of Residential Property, the strategic responsibility for the department will lie with you.

• ???Necessary qualification as either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Significant experience in dealing with a variety of Residential Property transactions
• Skills and experience in leadership, and the management and development of a team
• A strategic, "outside the box" disposition that would benefit a growing department
• An enthusiastic approach to business development and marketing initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
