Vehicle Technician Supervisor
Forde Recruitment is currently looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor to join our client at their site in Bedford on a permanent basis.
The role will consist of you managing a team of 3 vehicle inspectors and working to strict KPI's.
All candidates should have previous experience of automotive inspections and MUST have strong people management experience due to the characters of their team as well as technical experience.
The role of Team Leader involves a 45 hour week. The Inspectors commence work at 0800.
The salary will be GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful candidate will receive 22 days holidays + statutory, an auto-enrolment pension after qualifying period and a cycle to work scheme.
