Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager wanted for a Well established Regional house builder.
Working within a close team to deliver high quality, bespoke single units to a high standard.

Roles will include:

• Sourcing and appointment of sub contractors, Budget Oversight, and close Site manager support and supervision, To work within the timeframes scheduled in order to achieve the agreed cash flow.
• Job scheduling, Tender worksheets, and Purchase order production.
• Computer literacy in all Microsoft office, scheduling, and business management software is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Experience within house-building
• Experience of pricing jobs
• Results Driven
• Good at problem solving & decision making
• Knowledge of building, material components, building regulations and H&S
• Management skills – programming, planning and multi-tasking
• Knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities
• Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standard
• Good communicator, verbally and written, and have a good level of computer literacy
• Excellent planning, organisational & prioritisation skills
• Contract management: 5 years+

The candidate will be experienced within the role, and be able to show an expertise in the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £42,000-£55,000 Based on experience
