Our client is a leading supplier of LPG for homes and businesses across the UK. Renowned for excellence in delivering value and a high-quality service, they pride themselves on going above and beyond for their customers.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to lead the Customer Service Team. Driving transformational change, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering a collaborative, cross functional Customer Service improvement programme, built around industry best practice.

Further to this you will also be responsible for simplifying business processes to drive sales, improve the customer experience, handle serious Customer Service complaints and secure leading position on customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities will include ensuring your team are coached, developed, and sufficiently upskilled to carry out their roles. You will also be responsible for an additional outsource contact centre contract.

We’re looking for someone who has extensive Customer Services management experience gained in a fast paced environment, with a customer centric approach and has proven experience of customer service development. You’ll possess great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong Leadership capability. Educated to graduate level, you will hold solid project management skills and be a results driven individual.
