We are on the hunt for an experienced Creative Artworker, with a solid print background, to join our busy in-house studio in Market Harborough.  We are part of an innovative global travel company that stubbornly refuses to stop growing.

As our Creative Artworker, you will be working to tight deadlines on a variety of marketing materials, from brochures to direct mail and brand development and much more under the direction of the creative team for a leading travel company.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for print design and proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with great communication and organisational skills as well as some web experience. Being able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a busy environment is a must for the Creative Artworker role.

What makes you our perfect Creative Artworker?

You must have excellent artworking and typographical skills and be meticulous in everything you work on. Be able to take a project from concept through to final print ready artwork following the studio process and respecting the brand guidelines.

You will also have:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role working in a busy design studio

- BTEC, HND or Degree in Graphic Design, or similar discipline, or equivalent experience

- An excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign

- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- A good level of knowledge in preparing artwork for print (including Adobe Acrobat)

- A good level of print and pre-press knowledge

- The ability to use initiative and work well as an effective team player

- Excellent layout and typography skills and an ‘eye for design’

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and assertive nature
