We are advertising for a company who are an award-winning internet-based holiday car hire specialist with a strong customer focus and a reputation for outstanding customer service.

They are looking for experienced customer service advisors with a passion for being helpful and exceeding customer’s expectations.  The successful candidates will join their existing contact centre team in providing award-winning service to their customers.

The Customer Service Advisor role will involve:

• Taking inbound calls and replying to emails.
• Building a rapport with customers.
• Providing support to customers before, during and after the car rental period.
• Explaining to customers the benefit in booking car hire with them.
• Resolving issues during and after the car rental period.
• Going the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations.

Customer Service Advisor requirements:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner.
• Ability to empathise with all types of customer.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Full-time and part-time positions available comprising of shifts within the following hours:

8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays. 10am-4pm on Sundays.

Salary: £17,000-£19,000 per annum

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

Based at their head office in Dereham, Norfolk.
