Working as part of the new Performance & Insight Team, The Performance & Insight Lead will deliver the performance management framework throughout the business, enabling us to track progress against our strategic objectives and drive operational performance.

What’s more you will lead on Customer Insight, improving our understanding of our customer’s perception of Curo, enabling us to shape services in the future.

We’re looking for someone who combines excellent numerical and analytical skills with an ability to communicate complex information to colleagues and customers at all levels.  You will have a passion for customer service, be self-motivated, well organised and demonstrate the commercial acumen required to accurately assess risks and opportunities.
 
This role is not about simply reporting results.  The ideal candidate will need to bring challenge and innovation, supporting operational leads to fully understand data trends and how we accurately capture them.
