Internal Sales - Electrical Products - Newcastle-under-Lyme

About the Company:

You'll be joining a leading player in the supply of electrical equipment across the UK. Their customer-focused approach has seen rapid expansion and their client base currently includes some of the UK's largest blue-chip companies and utility suppliers. Despite their established position within their marketplace and their year on year growth, the business has ambitious plans to triple their current turnover through organic growth, acquisitions and the support of their GBP600 million turnover group.

Key Responsibilities:

Covering an already established client base as well as pro-actively targeting new b2b customers, you will immerse yourself in this exciting industry and become a product expert. Full training will be given. As an Internal Salesperson, you will be:

• Building and managing customer relationships by getting to know clients
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Hitting targets through pro-active telephone sales
• Converting leads and quotes into firm orders
• Identifying new sales opportunities through contacting existing customers in order to understand their needs
• Working closely with the external sales team to follow up on sales leads
• Account management
• Cementing the company's status as the supplier of choice

Required Skills:

If you have some account management or business development experience within an internal sales or telesales environment and want to progress your career, we want to hear from you! We are looking for friendly, self-motivated and confident salespeople with excellent communication skills.

The Package:

• A salary of up to GBP24,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
