Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor

£21,074 to £23,111

Band F 36 hours per week

Ability to identify and assess risk and needs of domestic abuse victims.

Manage high risk cases and provide proactive, short to medium term crisis intervention through individual safety planning and personal support.

Ability to understand risk and risk management Understand role of statutory and non-statutory services.

Experience of working within multi agency setting which includes participation within a MARAC.

Experience of delivering domestic abuse programmes / training. Ideally holds Safe Lives / CAADA Independent Domestic Advocate qualification.
