FINTEC recruit is seeking a HR Advisor for our client based in London.
This is a permanent position with a salary of £35k - £40k depending on experience.
You will support the Group Head of HR and wider team with an extensive range of projects and initiatives within the group.
Involvement in employee relations, HR planning strategies, performance management, training, recruitment - this is a diverse role offering excellent scope for development.
Ideally you should be educated to degree level with part CIPD qualification. Minimum of 3 years working in a similar HR function with a very solid understanding of employment law and UK employment legislation is essential.
