About the Job
Do you want to work in a world class toolroom producing the best fantasy miniatures in the world?
Are you excited by working in an environment where you will be expected to continually challenge what you do and to improve it by using the right methods? Would using the latest Cad Software to design Injection Mould Tools appeal to you?
You will be responsible for producing Tool Designs to a very high standard, this will include all areas of Tool Design from layout to completion of product. Every new product brings to the table new challenges and so you’ll need to be the type of person who thrives on this and will work tirelessly to get the desired results.
You will be using Delcam/Autodesk ToolMaker Software to carry out your role. You will need to have extensive experience of the software in a working environment or be confident and skilled enough to transfer from a different Tool Design software within reasonable time scales.
We know it’s hard to overcome some of the problems you will encounter on the way to producing Tool Designs. Ensuring the files represent what the Miniatures Designer intended while meeting the standards necessary for them to be used in an injection mould tool can be a real challenge and it requires great relationships and having the right conversations with the right people at the right time.
