Sales Appointment Booker

I am recruiting for an Outbound Telesales Executive; this is a great opportunity to work for a freight forwarding company based in Solihull who offer a family feel environment with great career prospects and are looking to pay £25000-£28000 dependant on experience.

THE ROLE
Working as a Telesales Executive for a multimodal global freight forwarding business you will be responsible for making a large amount of outbound calls to businesses promoting the solutions the client offer.

You will be calling businesses and introducing the client to them and will be targeted to book face to face meetings for the sales team and the branch managers for them to go out and close new business acquisitions. This is a position that will require a passionate, determined and tenacious sales executive who is confident in making volume outbound calls on a daily basis.

TYPICAL DAILY JOB DUTIES - WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Calling businesses and arranging customer facing appointments for the Sales Team and Branch Managers (estimate 80% of your time will be making these calls which will be both cold calling and warm calling)
- Regularly providing stats to the business to monitor targets
- Data integrity and CRM input on a day to day basis

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience to include cold calling is essential
- Have an interest in working in the freight forwarding industry
- Highly motivated, determined, tenacious and passionate to succeed
- Motivated by working towards and achieving KPI's and targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior internal and external people/stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships
- An organised individual with highly competent IT skills
- Looking to work for a company who offers career progression
- Due to the location holding a full UK driving license with your own car would be needed

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS
- Salary up to circa £25,000-28,000 gross per annum depending on experience
- Opportunity to earn bonus going forward
- Monday-Friday 9-5 (37 hours per week)
