We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Telesales and appointment Representative to contribute in generating new business sales for our company. You will be responsible for cleansing data, outbound calling to gain opportunities or appointments for your colleagues all via the telephone.
An effective telesales representative with excellent communication skills and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and clearly identifying opportunities as well as dealing with feedback.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing new business.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Direct prospects to sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the CRM
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
