PARTS SUPERVISOR

Due to significant and sustained growth at our Stoke-on-Trent operation, we are now looking to appoint a proven and experienced Parts Supervisor to join the Aftersales Team.

Working in our busy and growing Parts Department the role includes serving customers both on site and on the telephone, serving our Workshop and stock ordering and replenishment and general Parts Department duties. Good communication and computer skills, to work as part of the team and from your own initiative are key requirements for this role.

Previous experience in a similar Motor Trade Parts Department role is essential together with a keen ability to understand the customer’s requirements and develop long-term relationships. This role benefits from full training on our company systems.
