YC Hertfordshire (YCH) purpose is to enable young people to succeed through the delivery of targeted prevention and early intervention - to address emerging needs, improve life chances, and reduce escalation to more expensive and intensive services. It supports young people who are challenged in education, their communities or home life to ensure a successful transition to adulthood.

YCH requires a Facilities Administrator to support delivery teams with the day-to-day management of venues. You will be responsible for overseeing all venue related matters at centres owned or managed by YCH in the east of the county (Stevenage, North Herts, Welwyn Hatfield, Broxbourne and East Herts).

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that visitors are welcomed and that our buildings offer a safe and friendly environment. The role includes overseeing all aspects of health, safety and security to ensure quality delivery sites.

This is an interesting and varied role, suited to someone who enjoys a busy and stimulating environment, has excellent IT skills, is highly organised, proactive and flexible. You will be expected to visit a number of venues throughout the week, therefore you must be able to travel independently and have access to your own transport.
