They have a fantastic opportunity available for a Apprentice Mentor / Trainer to join their team in Peterhead.
Key Responsibilities for the Apprentice Mentor / Trainer role to include:-
• Reviewing and approving of apprentices technical log book submissions
• Coaching and mentoring trainees on technical and academic subjects
• Undertaking technical reviews
THE CANDIDATE: For the role of Apprentice Mentor / Trainer, you will be accurate and have excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work well within a eam and be able to manage your workload effectively. You will have the ability to lead and motivate others and a strong commitment towards the development of others. You must live within a commutable distance to Peterhead.
Key experience essential for the role of Apprentice Mentor / Trainer:-
• An engineering background is essential
• Experience in a training environment is desirable
• Experience of supporting and nurturing development is advantageous
