Administrator - Ecommerce

This is an opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and rapidly growing company in based in Eastleigh about to relocate to new larger premises in Nursling. They are an E-commerce based business, importing and marketing branded products nationwide and throughout Europe.

Your main role will be:

- To maintain one of their marketing forums through their own Website, Ebay or Amazon.
- To process orders/returns generated through this forum.
- Communicating with clients, predominantly through email and our bespoke messaging system.
- Assisting with telephone sales and queries as well as answering technical questions about their product range (Training provided).
- Assisting in general office duties.
- Qualifications applicable to their business sector would be beneficial.

You will be a quick thinker with the ability to use your own initiative to problem solve.
