Contract Type: Agency Temp (approx. 6 weeks initial contract)

Salary: £8.20/hour

The Role:

·To support the administration of the department to ensure that accurate processes are carried out and recorded in a timely manner. The role will include Commercial, E-Commerce and Research aspects to enhance the capacity of the department.

·To record daily activity of department operations.

·To manage the day-to-day activity of the department E-commerce stores.

·To support the inventory sales manager in producing work schedules for ongoing workflow.

·To support the inventory sales manager in investigating stock errors and report back the findings.

·To assist with the documentation of department processes and guides.

·To assist with maintaining department records in accordance of company policy and procedures.

·To deal with telephone and email enquiries.

·Support team members with other department activities when necessary.

·Maintain a stock database ensuring sufficient information is available for correct identification in line with the needs of the department.

·Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel & Word)

·High standard of commuter literacy

·Basic Technical knowledge (computer hardware)

·Sales and marketing understanding

·Experience of working within an Office environment

·Experience of working within a database application

·Experience with E-commerce websites (i.e. EBay, Amazon)
