We have an exciting opportunity for Videographer / Multi Media Assistant to join a dynamic and progressive manufacturing business based near Swaffham.

This role will work closely with both the marketing and training departments to create high quality 'How To' videos and animations that will be used across all areas of the business. You will play a pivotal role by taking the lead on all aspects of videography, editing and supplying final image content. You will also have good project management skills and a willingness to propose ideas, take initiative while maintaining the ability to follow direction with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
• Take the lead, create, direct and film all video and multimedia animation projects
• Produce a range of 'How to videos' that can be used in the training of new and current members of staff
• Digital Marketing activities - create short video clips and graphics for our website and social media platforms
• Video editing - create and deliver voice over content to support images
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to source and create all video content
• Attend cross functional meetings to communicate, review and demonstrate new projects
• Ensure an effective sign off procedure is developed and followed for all video content
• Travel to our show sites across the UK to shoot promotional videos as required (travel expenses covered)

• Focused and ambitious video creator who wants to prove his/her worth
• Experience in video production, filming and editing with the ability to create engaging content
• A self-starter who can multitask, prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Out of the box creative thinker & problem solver
• A desire to implement and test new ideas, make your mark and make an ongoing contribution to the strategic direction of the business
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or other relevant software
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• An interest in video technology, social media and marketing
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree
