IQA/Internal Verifier - Retail

Location: Brighton & surrounding areas

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced IQA/Internal Verifier to join a company voted as one of the UK's best to work for in 2016.

As an experienced IQA/Internal Verifier you will be joining a large, prestigious retailer to support with their in-house provision of the following qualifications:

- Retail
- Warehousing and Storage
- Team Leading

Working as an Internal Quality Assurance Officer (IQA), you will receive a highly competitive salary of up GBP27000 (plus a bonus of up to 5% of the basic salary), a company car, 25 days holidays and bank holidays. You would also qualify for the company pension scheme, and additional benefits including a laptop and mobile.

As an IQA/Internal Verifier you would be:
- Design, plan and deliver standardisation meetings
- Undertake observations and IQA activity of key learner processes to support continuous improvement
- Ensure the assessment team are trained and supported towards meeting company and
- Governing body standards and timescales
- Ensure regular and constructive assessment feedback is given to assessors remotely and through regular support visits
- Ensure timely achievement of learners
- Quality assure Retail, Customer Service, Team Leading and Warehousing
- Working to specific quality and completion targets

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the IQA/Internal Verifier:
- Internal Quality Assurance Qualification, TAQA Level 4, V1, D34, D36, supported with Assessor Qualification- eg A1, TAQA, CAVA
- Experience of carrying out the IQA Process within Retail, Warehousing and Team Leading Apprenticeships(Up to L3)
- Assessing apprenticeship through full Frameworks/standards
- Flexibility to travel is essential
