Location: Haggerston, East London
Salary: GBP27,500 - GBP30,000 per annum
Hours: 48 hours per week, 1 double and 4 singles

An exciting restaurant based in London, serving free-range fried chicken, season sides, sour cocktails, local beers and delicious ice cream creations, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
About the role:
- Assisting the head chef in day to day management of the kitchen
- Covering the head chef's off days
- Liaising with suppliers and capturing invoices
- Assisting the head chef in ensuring food produced to specification
- Assisting in all Food Safety and Hygiene procedures
- Active in ongoing training and development of staff
- Active in ensuring stock control, rotation and adhering to weekly budgets
About you:
- 1+ year's experience as Senior CDP (Chef De Partie), Junior Sous or Sous Chef
- 5+ years' traceable experience
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene
- First Aid in the Workplace a bonus
- Great energy, charisma and a drive to achieve stipulated business goals
- Computer literate
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Great people skills
- The want to progress further
