We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious Room Leader for our Oxford Waterways Nursery.
Purpose-built in 2007, Oxford Waterways boasts age designated rooms, inspiring and secure outdoor space, allocated parking, bicycle park and buggy storage facilities. As a popular Nursery and being part of the Bright Horizons Family Solutions group, Oxford Waterways benefits from a large workforce with a wide range of childcare and education expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
b) Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
c) Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
d) Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
a) Team Leadership experience preferred.
b) Good experience as a key worker within an early years setting
c) A full and relevant child care qualification (Level 3)
d) A passionate and positive attitude.
You may have experience of the following: Room Leader, Senior Nursery Nurse, Head of Unit, Nursery Practitioner, Baby Supervisor, Room Manager, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Learning Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Early Years Educator, Preschool Manager, Childminder, Nanny, Au Pair, Governess, Breakfast / After school Clubs Volunteer, Bank Nursery Worker etc.
