Chef required for immediate start - Full Time/ Permanent

Salary - competitive DOE
Our client is a luxury hospitality and events venue, specialising in weddings, corporate events and private functions. There are multiple food and beverage outlets at the venue and experience of working in a hotel and banqueting setting is desired.
The post will be 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including Bank Holidays & Weekends
Role and responsibilities could include the following:
• To input into the writing of menus for all food outlets with regular reviews
• To liaise with Department Managers to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to guests
• Present a welcoming impression to our guests by all staff
• To maximise yield within the department
• To liaise with suppliers and ensure delivery of commodities to specification agreed from a reputable and traceable source.
Experience and skills required:
• High level of attention to detail to ensure quality
• Open to taking direction, learning new skills and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude
• you will have a vast amount of kitchen experience, ideally in a AA Rosette establishment or similar
• fantastic communication skills
• the ability to quickly adapt to new environments
• qualifications in cooking and food hygiene.
