The Automotive maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position as an Assistant Manager.
THE ROLE:
To ensure a positive working environment, develop strong communication with the team, manage staff standards and monitor training needs, to deal with customers and work on vehicles.
THE DUTIES:
-Deal with customers on a daily basis, advising on repair times and dealing with all queries and issues
-Manage and actively seek to maintain/improve quality in the workshop
??-Maintain workshop presentation
-Service and repair of vehicles as and when required
THE REQUIREMENTS:
-NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent / Time Served Experience
- Experience in a professional workshop environment
- Flexibility towards working hours (40-48 hours per week)
