Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a labourer to join our maintenance team, to assist in the delivery of whole property refurbishment and improvements to the Associations properties from start to completion.
The Assistant will be required to assist various trades in the complete works from stripping out to renewing partitions, ceilings, floors, etc.
They will also assist in the reinstatement of these elements including the replacement of complete kitchen or bathroom suites, replacing floors, tiling, doors, etc
