Mystery Shopper

Are you interested in being a mystery shopper?

Shiftsmart is searching for detail oriented and reliable partners to complete retail audits in Birmingham + surrounding areas. However, our shops are not limited to these areas- we encourage everyone in U.K proper to apply! We are a startup based out of San Francisco, CA. and our main focus is finding meaningful part time work for our partners.

Our team is working on behalf of a consumer technology brand. The brand is looking to understand the experience an individual has when they shop for laptops. This process involves our individual auditors visiting retail outlets where laptops are sold (we’ll provide the location), ask a series of questions (we’ll provide guidelines), and then complete a short survey afterwards. Each audit takes 20-30 mins, and will pay  £11-15 per shop.

For each mystery shop, you will visit the store, navigate to the laptop section, and speak to a sales associate. During the interaction, you’ll ask them to make a recommendation, compare competitor products, and share feature knowledge. Once completed, you’ll be asked to complete a short survey on your experience. You are not required to make any purchases as part of this audit.

REQUIREMENT: You must complete a short training before you’re able to accept audits. Reliable transportation will also be very helpful. Audits will be sent to you via our mobile app when available. They can be completed at any time the store is open based on what is convenient to you, and are not mandatory to accept. Our objective is to make it easy for you to do these during your free time. The program will kick off on 6/16. Shops will be made available every month.

This is a great work opportunity for anyone looking for easy part time work- also great for those who have full time jobs but might be looking for supplementary income on the weekends.
