Role and Responsibilities

Could you build on the success CHP have had tackling ASB? Can you work imaginatively and assertively with partner agencies to help our residents sustain their tenancies? If you have the knowledge and skills to ensure our services are successful we want to hear from you.

You will be a member of CHP’s respected Quality of Life Team working in collaboration across Essex with responsibility for ensuring all reports of anti-social behaviour are dealt with appropriately and effectively.

Key Skills

With good knowledge of legislation and case law, you should be adept at dealing with members of the public, have excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to customer care. In addition, you will have a full driving licence, be willing to work flexibly and have strong IT skills.

Additional Information

This post is subject to a police check for CSAS accreditation.

CHP offers excellent terms and conditions and working environment, including defined benefits pension scheme and 25 days’ annual leave.

A car allowance of £1056 per annum will be paid in addition to the annual salary. A business mileage rate for duties relating to CHP business will also be applied.
