My client is looking for a recent (up to 4 year) graduate to come and join their busy HR team initially on a 12 month basis to then be made permanent.
As an intern in the UK HR team you will be making a real contribution while gaining valuable experience across a range of Human Resources activities.
You will actively contribute and provide support to the HR Specialists in coordinating and communicating Training, Recruitment and Compensation activities, in compliance with company policy and legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
Create and post jobs on the Recruitment tool, liaise with recruiters & advisors, candidates pre-screening, interviews set-up
Administration of the online Learning Management System
Support with identifying training needs, liaising with providers, course bookings, administration and record keeping
Communication and administration of Company Benefits and Incremental Increases
Administration of Sales Incentive Plans
Record keeping and filing
Administration of T&A system (Optimum)
Administration of Charity budget and Internal communications
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in HR, reflected in academic background and/or relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have some exposure in a fast-paced HR department and an understanding of core HR workflows. You will take pride in your ability to be focused and detailed, have strong analytical skills, good use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to deliver work to a high standard
