Contract Type: Full time, permanent – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are recruiting for a Business Partner - Coordinator in our Learner Information Services (LIS) Section. LIS is a busy, customer-focused environment in which to work and support cross college initiatives. Business Partners will support the wider college in teams throughout each stage of the learner journey including systems/process development and curriculum planning and monitoring.

The successful candidate act as a key point of contact for curriculum teams regarding all LIS processes and providing a consistent service to staff and learners, liaising regularly with members of the College Management Team to advise on the LIS aspects of the learner journey and support with funding and performance queries.

You will have Level 3 or equivalent qualifications. You will have excellent administrative, IT and data entry skills and be able to work alone as well as part of a team. You will be an effective communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to make routine decisions without referral. Previous experience of co-ordinating and prioritising administrative workloads and priorities is essential.
