We now have an excellent opportunity for an Electronics Assembler to join us.

The Electronics Assembler will play a key role in the assembly and fabrication of large x-ray tubes, largely be carried out in a carefully controlled clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembler:

• Detailed component assembly - also include vacuum leak checking of assemblies and general laboratory work such as component cleaning and preparation
• Use of high temperature ovens for component preparation may also be required
• Support and assist with the day to day operation/maintenance of the clean room
• Testing of subassemblies prior to tube completion and the maintaining of records for traceability
• Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience of clean room working would be desirable but not essential
• Prior experience of component assembly processes and / or working in a laboratory environment would also be useful
• Able to integrate well into an established team supporting and assisting colleagues
