Skills Coach – Childcare, Teaching and Learning (Assessor, Teacher, Trainer)

Part time position, 18.5 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Skills Coach with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2. You must have an Assessor qualification TAQA A1, hold a teaching qualification PGCE/Certificate in Education and a relevant level 3 vocational qualification.

You will deliver training, assessment and quality assurance in line with the HCUK’s Training strategy for growth and high quality, maximising the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment. Working with employers to identify learning needs and delivering training and assessment, you will review and monitor student progress whilst completing relevant documentation and recruiting students onto programmes through new business activity.
