Job Title: Motor Claims Sales Advisor

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £19,759 plus quarterly commission scheme based on achievement of targets and objectives

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hour: 40 hrs per week and includes working from 8am till 6pm and Saturdays on a shift rota basis

Job Role:

The Motor Claims Sales team provides a comprehensive and proactive intervention service for their clients. The team are focused on identifying potential capture opportunities through accurate liability decision making and information gathering. The objective is to promote and secure the use of Company's services to maximise their capture rate. They pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and seamless claim resolution service.

The Candidate:

They are looking for people who possess a strong work ethic, who are self-confident and are able to demonstrate an ability to overcome objections in a fast paced environment. In addition you should have excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. Part of this role will be to utilise the services of their supplier network wherever possible on appropriate claims and ensure instructions are clear. Accuracy and quality of work will be pivotal to your success.
