About the Job
Do you want to manage the production team responsible for producing all of the resin miniatures for Forge World?
Are you excited by working in a fast paced production environment that puts quality first?
Do you want to develop a high performing team, having the right people in the right jobs, that is as committed to quality as you are, all whilst ensuring our products are delivered on time?
You will be responsible for managing the Forge World Production Cell that makes sure all of Forge Worlds’ resin miniatures are delivered on time to the highest quality. You’ll ensure the department is focussing on what is really important and everyone involved will know and understand what needs to be done and by when. Every week you’ll facilitate continuous improvement sessions ensuring the team is improving how the operation runs. Working with the production operatives in your team you will ensure the development of knowledge and skills. Identifying and implementing Games Workshops best practice whilst ensuring Health and Safety policies are adhered to, is another key part of the role.
We know what makes this job hard is the pressure of delivering the highest quality in a fast paced production environment, so you’ll relish working with the team to solve production challenges as they arise. Because quality is so important to Games Workshop, you’ll need to be able to make tough decisions when called upon to do so.

39 Hours per week working Monday-Wednesday 14:00 – 22:00, Thursday 13:00 – 22:00 and Friday 13:00 – 19:00
