Salary £9.00-10.00 per hours or £AAE
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis for around 6 weeks.
Role description:
- To effectively manage the purchase ledger process
- Post invoices / credits to the purchase ledger
- Liaise with departments to resolve any queries between purchase order, delivery note and invoice
- Reconcile supplier statements to ledger
- To produce management accounts, trial balance sheets, P & L
- Ad hoc tasks
Person specification:
- Minimum of AAT level 3, level 4 preferred – or qualification through experience.
- Experience in Purchase Ledger activities and credit control
- Intermediate excel
