Our client is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Face-to-Face Area Manager to lead and inspire a team of face-to-face fundraisers, to achieve great things in membership recruitment - and to help Save Nature.

Salary starting at £22,073 - £23,912 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 12 months

You will lead your team to engage with the public at a variety of events to help the charity grow its membership. You will also be able to use your experience and skills to coach and develop your team to achieve and surpass their own goals.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced & knowledgeable staff, and build a platform for future growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales leader to make a personal difference through developing and growing a high performance team. 

You will receive a comprehensive induction to the role and the opportunity to work on a tailored Personal Development Plan to continue your progression.

You will need to be able to undertake work outside of normal office hours (including weekends) and will need to undertake regular travel throughout North East England. 

The role can be home-based within the North East but they have a regional office in Newcastle and office facilities at the amazing Saltholme Nature Reserve. Due to the nature of the role you will often be based offsite at various events and venues in the region.
