‘Deliver high quality homes and services for our customers’ is one of our five strategic aims and the one that sets out our commitment to our customers.  If you enjoy working with customers and you have a genuine passion for making a difference then you could be our next Money Advisor.

Notice we have used the word customer a lot? That’s because our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that you support our culture and live by our values. You can make a difference to our customers lives and we will empower you to do this if you demonstrate the enthusiasm and energy we are looking for.

We have an opportunity for a Money Advisor within the Tenancy Services Team.  You will be providing support to customers and ensuring appropriate information and advice is given to assist them in sustaining tenancies.

You must have recent and relevant experience of working in a money management and advisory capacity, specifically dealing with welfare benefits and debt advice and casework.  Alongside this you will also require experience of compiling income and expenditure financial statements and providing advice on income maximisation, financial management and budgeting skills.

If this sounds like the role for you we would love to hear from you. In return for these high expectations you will receive a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including a fantastic working environment, 27 days annual leave, a defined benefit pension scheme, health cash plan and childcare vouchers.

whg is committed to safer recruitment and to the protection and safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults and will conduct appropriate background checks where necessary.

Early applications are encouraged as often we experience a high volume of interest for posts. We will review applications on a daily basis and once we have received sufficient applications we reserve the right to bring forward the closing date.
