This Cover Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity to work alongside existing school staff, to be trained in effective classroom and behavioural management - core skills you will require should you wish to go on and pursue teacher training. As the appointed Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes as they undertake work set in the absence of class teachers. Where cover is not required you will be tasked with supporting key pupils within their lessons and lead intervention and booster groups for those pupils that require additional support in the core subjects.
