Our Client, a non-profit housing association is looking for a highly creative and tenacious Neighbourhood Manager who has proven leadership experience, gained within a housing or related organisation to complement their team!

The purpose of the role would be to lead their respective regions in housing management services, striving for 'outstanding' customer services in delivering marker making independent living services.

Experience required:

• Demonstrable leadership skills, with proven management experience in a housing or related organisation.

• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of Health and Safety requirements, have experience of setting and managing budgets, managing targets and working in partnership with a range of statutory, voluntary agencies and the business community.

• Experience of managing a dispersed team, managing targets and managing budgets.

Duties:

• To take responsibility for providing and managing a high standard of Operational Management across the Region, ensuring a high standard of support and effective delivery of an excellent standard of service to residents across all tenures.

• Encouraging and implementing innovation, and confidence negotiating with key stakeholders to ensure the future success of the business and promote a co-operative team approach, working cross-functionally to handle workloads and overcome difficulties.

• To ensure core operational standards, targets and objectives are achieved in line with legislative and regulatory policies and procedutal requirements in the Region.

• Wok with the HUB Expert to maximise income from rent, service charges and other charges.
