Job Title: Sales Support Agent
Salary: GBP22,000 + Bonus
Location: Birmingham
Link2ICT has over 150 staff provisioning and delivering services to over 1400 schools. This includes all aspects of technical services, professional services and software development. Link2ICT occupies a niche in the ICT market, specialising in the deployment and usage of end to end ICT solutions within educational environments, covering learners of all ages from nursery through to Adult Education. Our aspiration is to offer more services to our current stronghold of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
* Pro-actively calling schools to gain account review appointments for the Account Managers.
* Promptly following up customer requests
* Pro-actively calling from campaigns and keeping call lists up to date.
* Chase outstanding quotes and keep pipelines up to date
* Keep customer account details up to date in ServiceNow.
* Updating Service Now with opportunities and providing accurate records for reporting
* To work with a wider team to plan key campaigns
* Provide support to the Account Managers
* Dealing with supplier quotes
* Producing customer proposals
* Networking internally to produce more complex quotations
* Produce reports as required for the Head of Sales
* To prepare packs and proposals for account managers appointments
To produce reports on conversion rate of calls to appointments and sales
Essential Skills
* Proactive sales experience
* Calling into education
* Appointment making
* High level objection handling skills
* Excellent telephone skills and manner
* Exceptional at building relationships and creating rapport
* Great customer service skills
* Good IT skills and advanced excel usage
* Write in plain English, with correct use of grammar and spelling
* Understands why customer service is so important and how to keep the customer well informed
* Competently insert formulas into a spreadsheet and produce quotes for clients or internal reports
* Producing reports to realise and increase sales
Desired Skills
* Having an interest in ICT in education
* Natural proactive nature
* Having experience of working in a targeted sales team
