The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate, LPC or GDL student to expand your Legal knowledge whilst working within one of the UK's top social housing providers.
The main purpose of the role is to assist and enable the Solicitors in the team so that they are able to progress files quickly and effectively. To assist with this the successful candidate will complete Land Registry applications and searches, draft completion documents and financial statements, prepare standard forms and undertake file opening and closing. As your skills and knowledge grow the role will grow with you, allowing you to take more responsibility and further your career.
The Candidate
You will be considered for this role if you can support a busy in-house team in all areas of commercial and residential property law. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator able to work on their own initiative, who will ideally have previous experience as a Property Paralegal.
