We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our reputable and fast-growing insurance client based in Hove. As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, handling changes in requirements and renewals and cross selling a range of products and services.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
• Managing relationships effectively to ensure retention and growth
• Responsible for the renewals relating to policies
• Manage renewals ensuring the FCA deadlines are met throughout the process
• Cross selling and increasing profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
• Dealing with all calls of a technical nature
• Being the customer face for your clients claims
• Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, insurers and brokers.
• Completion of training and development
Skills required:
• Commercial broking experience
• Working knowledge of FCA compliance
• Working towards or willing to study for CII exams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The salary for this role is between GBP26,000 to GBP29,0000 plus excellent progression and benefits.
The hours of work are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
