  • Overall responsibility for the Business Development within the European sector including managing a team to achieve business growth targets ???
  • Oversee and manage all in-licensing, out-licensing as well as leading business development activities to maximize business opportunities across Europe.
  • Manage client relationships with European partners.
  • support the preparation of the strategic business plans and also play a key role in the delivery
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the portfolio and generate a target list for generic and proprietary products
  • Negotiate new licensing agreements and structuring partnership deals with European
  • 8 + years experience in European pharmaceutical industry with
  • 5+ years in Business Development and Licensing
  • Strong experience of completing both in- licensing and out-licensing agreements
  • Ability to build and deliver a strategy for product pipelines throughout Europe
  • Experience managing a regional BD team
  • Fluent English, advantage second major European language
  • Travel 60% within Europe with some worldwide
