Head of Property Management - Oxford

Our client, a well established and reputable Estate Agency based in Oxford is looking for an accomplished and experienced Head of Property Management to successfully oversee and lead a team of Property Managers., * Manage an individual portfolio of properties * Oversee all aspects of Property Management * Lead by example and manage a team of Property Managers * General office administration including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails * Appointment and monitoring of contractors / organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works * Rent arrears, deposits and end of tenancy * Check-ins/ Checkouts * Inspections * Previous Property Manager experience is essential * Previous Management experience * ARLA qualified desirable * Full UK Driving License * Highly organised and a positive work ethic * Ability to work well under pressure * Computer literate * Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills The Client has a large and growing portfolio of properties. The branch is based in a prime location and very busy. Depending on experience the Client is willing to pay GBP45,000 basic. ARLA qualification would be desirable., Salary/Package: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 basic salary depending on experience
